In estate there is a simple fact: money goes where the infrastructure is good. When big public transit projects make commuting easier the areas around them see an increase in people wanting to live there rent homes and buy properties over several years.
The new Gwarko Flyover and the work on the Ring Road have changed the way people move around the valley. By fixing the traffic at one of Lalitpur's busiest intersections this project is bringing in a lot of money to buy homes in the southern suburbs.

Imadol and the areas around it are seeing a big increase in people wanting to rent homes
The New Commute Metric: Redefining Accessibility
In the past some really nice areas in southeastern Lalitpur were not considered by people with good jobs because of the bad traffic during rush hour.
Now that the flyover lets traffic on the Ring Road move freely the smaller roads that connect to neighborhoods are much better for commuting. It now takes 10 to 15 minutes to drive from these areas to the city center places like Satdobato, Patan and Sanepa.
The Rising Spotlight: Imadol and Surrounding Belts
As land prices in the city center get too high people are looking at neighborhoods that have planning, wide roads and nice local amenities. Imadol is right in the middle of this change.
The Strategic Investor Blueprint
For people buying properties waiting until an area's fully developed means paying high prices. The smartest investors look at infrastructure projects to figure out what will happen in the market.
Now that the traffic is better the areas south of Lalitpur are not suburbs they are close, to the city and have good jobs. Investing in these areas now is an idea because prices are not too high you can rent out properties right away and the value of the properties will go up over time.
